M Hunt is the data controller for personal information processed directly by Radius & Flyway. Squarespace, Google and other external providers may also act as processors, independent controllers or both, depending on the service concerned.
2. Information we collect
The information collected depends on how you use the website.
Information you provide
If you contact Radius & Flyway by email or through a contact form, we may receive: your name; your email address; the contents of your message; any files or other information you choose to provide; and subsequent correspondence relating to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary.
Website and technical information
When you visit the website, Squarespace and other website services may process technical information such as: your IP address; browser and device type; operating system; approximate location derived from your IP address; referring website; pages visited; date and time of access; interactions with pages, links and embedded content; security and diagnostic information; and cookie or consent-preference identifiers. Analytics reports available to Radius & Flyway are generally presented in aggregated form. However, the underlying technical information processed by Squarespace or Google may constitute personal data.
Newsletter information
If Radius & Flyway offers a newsletter and you choose to subscribe, we may collect your email address, subscription status and information needed to record your consent and manage your subscription. We will identify the newsletter provider and provide any additional privacy information required when the service is introduced.

We use your contact details and relevant correspondence when responding to a commercial enquiry. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing an existing contract.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use cookie identifiers and website-usage information to understand how the website is used.
Newsletters and email updates
If you subscribe, we use your email address, subscription details and consent record to send the updates you requested. Our legal basis is your consent.

Necessary technologies
Provider: Squarespace. These technologies support: website operation and delivery; security and fraud prevention; network management; the recording of your cookie choices; and essential Squarespace functions. They are always active because they are necessary for the website to operate or to remember choices requested by the visitor.
Performance and analytics
Providers: Google Analytics and Squarespace. These technologies help us understand: how many people visit the website; which pages are viewed; how visitors arrive at the website; general device and browser information; and how readers navigate between pages.Optional analytics storage is enabled only after you provide consent via the cookie controls. Before consent is given, Google Analytics is configured to deny analytics storage. Google’s Consent Mode may nevertheless send limited, cookieless technical signals to Google. These signals may include information about the page, the consent state, the device, and the time of the visit. Radius & Flyway does not use analytics reports to identify individual readers.
Embedded maps
Provider: Google Maps. Some reserve pages contain Google Maps supplied by Google. Under the website configuration observed on 28 July 2026, Google Maps connects to Google when a page containing a map is opened. This may happen regardless of your performance-and-analytics preference. Google may receive information including: your IP address; browser and device information; the address of the page containing the map; approximate location information; and interactions with the map. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms. Radius & Flyway does not control the information Google collects through its map service.
Advertising
Radius & Flyway does not currently use an advertising service or knowingly place behavioural-advertising cookies on the website. An advertising category may still appear in Squarespace’s standard cookie-preference controls. If advertising technology is introduced, this policy and the cookie controls will be updated before it is activated. The names and duration of individual cookies may change when Squarespace, Google or a browser updates its technology.
5. Managing your cookie choices
You can accept or reject optional technologies through the cookie banner. You can also reopen the website’s cookie-preference controls and change your decision. You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how parts of the website work. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful. It prevents optional analytics storage from being used on future visits after the new preference has been applied. Google Maps currently connects to Google when a page containing an embedded map is opened. This connection is not controlled by the performance-and-analytics preference.
6. Information sharing
Radius & Flyway does not sell personal information. Personal information may be processed or received by: Squarespace, which provides website hosting, delivery, security, forms, cookie controls and other website services; Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Maps; an email or newsletter provider, if a newsletter is introduced; professional advisers, insurers or technical specialists where reasonably necessary; public authorities, courts or regulators where disclosure is required by law; anda successor operator if the publication or its relevant assets are transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards. Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply where they act as independent controllers.
7. External links and embedded services
The website contains links to reserve managers, conservation organisations, scientific institutions, retailers and other third-party websites. It may also contain externally hosted maps, images, videos or other embedded material. Opening or interacting with external content may allow its provider to receive technical information about your device and visit. External organisations are responsible for their own websites and data practices. You should read their privacy policy to understand how they use your personal data.
8. International transfers
Some service providers used by Radius & Flyway are based in, or process information from, countries outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, the provider or Radius & Flyway may rely on: a European Commission adequacy decision; the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; participation in an approved data-transfer framework, where applicable; or another transfer mechanism permitted under data-protection law. 9. How long information is kept
Personal information is not kept for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The following periods or criteria normally apply:
General enquiries
General enquiries are normally retained for up to two years after the correspondence ends, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing matter, dispute or legal obligation.
Contractual, financial and tax records
Contractual, financial and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable Lithuanian law.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe. Limited suppression information may then be kept to ensure that further messages are not sent.
Consent records
Consent records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and manage the consent choice.
Analytics information
Analytics information is retained according to the settings applied in Google Analytics and Squarespace.
Security information
Security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate incidents, prevent misuse and protect the website. Information may be retained for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or comply with a legal obligation.

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal information against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should take reasonable care when deciding what information to send online.
11. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to: be informed about how your personal information is used; request access to personal information held about you; ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected; request deletion of your information in appropriate circumstances; request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; object at any time to direct marketing; receive certain information in a portable, machine-readable form; withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; andlodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. These rights are not absolute and may depend on the circumstances and legal basis involved. Radius & Flyway does not use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Requests will normally be answered within one month, subject to any extension permitted by law.
